There's even a duff that gives you a chance of spawning three of of each. While all Klingon starships are principally warships, they can further be divided into different categories, based on Bridge Officer station layout, number of weapon slots, and access to various built-in abilities, such as Experimental Weapon, Secondary Deflector, cruiser commands, Hangar Bay slots. Turrets, mortars, and exocomps on the ground are great. There is a broad range of Klingon playable starships currently available in Star Trek Online. The same can be said for ground, but you can also do a lot of damage on the ground. In space you're role would be to survive and protect the other ships while the DPSers do damage and the healers heal. With that being said, if you want to go the route of a "full engineer" and fulfill that role I would suggest any Cruiser with a high amount of hull health and a high shield modifier. There are just some many abilities, skills, configurations, equipment, etc. When it comes to ships, the whole idea of "sci vessel is for sci, cruiser is for eng, escort is for tac" is, in my opinion, no longer valid. In my opinion there's no such thing as a "full engineer".

Type of ship (escort, cruiser, science vessel), plus some of the stats you're looking for is pretty much the minimum. As Arkady said, you'll need to post more about what you're looking for.
A bit of a healer, a bit of a buffer, a bit of DPSer. I like the cardassian science dreadnought, the jem'hadar vangard cruiser, and the S'torr but none of those ships are the best ship.
